The only slightly negative comment I have is that I am aware I breached the RTT pathway and had to do a lot a chasing by telephone - leaving a message as instructed to do so. On several occasions these were not responded to. I am not the type of person who is pushy but only seemed to get a response when I had to leave a pushy message. Otherwise my treatment has been excellent
